Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Treat Clincher must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not return a device covered in dog slobber.

Food items and Zilla food containers are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as dog treats, bully sticks and  pizzle sticks cannot be returned.

Please contact us at info@BarkerFun.com with your request to return a product and we will send you the appropriate shipping address for your return based on your location.

Once we receive the return, in the original packaging, we will refund your credit card. We cannot refund fees for shipping.

10 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on ALL Treat Clinchers

We take pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that the Treat Clinchers will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for three years, subject to the below conditions.

In order for your warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased the product from BarkerFun Inc.;
  • You must provide proof as to the date of purchase from BarkerFun;
  • You must return the product to the address provided to you by BarkerFun; and
  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products but cannot guarantee their availability for replacement. Any limited edition or discontinued product still under its applicable warranty that cannot be replaced with an identical product will be replaced with the equivalent model based on availability.

We may make changes to products and designs in the time you purchased your product and submitted a warranty claim. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL BARKERFUN OR IT'S AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY BARKERFUN OR ITS AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER IS THE PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS.

No express warranties are included other than the warranty set forth herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may or may not apply to you.

 SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

  • Contact BarkerFun at info@BarkerFun.com with a request for a warranty return.  Do not ship your product as a warranty claim before obtaining a response from BarkerFun along with a shipping address for the return..
  • Pack your item securely in adequate cardboard packaging to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • Insert any of your instructions from BarkerFun.
  • Ship your warranty return to the address provided. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
